Items damaged due to the storm are not the responsibility of Best Trash. Residents may contact customerservice@besttrashtexas.com with a picture of their fencing or limbs and their address for a quote for special collection.
Tree limbs may not exceed 4 inches in diameter, no longer than 4 feet and tied and bundled not heavier than 40 lbs. and separated to show they are tied/bundled. Crews may collect but in small quantities as we have many homes to service.
We ask that residents be patient during times like this as the crews are experienced in what they know they can collect on a pickup day and still finish the route.
